This facility is provided to enable internet access for staff owned smartphones, tablets or similar devices.
This is a free, but unsupported service to staff and uses spare bandwidth on a separate network, but there is no guarantee of availability or speed. Do not contact the service desk for help or to log a fault. Cornwall IT Services have provided a help page for the most common devices, but if your device is not listed, the onus will be on you to find out how to connect it.
For more information visit the Staff WiFi webpage from an NHS networked computer.
Student access to WiFi is available on site at the Knowledge Spa via Eduroam.
Plymouth students can log in to Eduroam with their IT username and password.
Exeter students will need to log in to Eduroam using a full Exeter email address and password.
