Loan Entitlements

Book loan entitlements are as follows:

• NHS staff: 12 items total
• Students: 12 items total
• All academic staff: 20 items total

Books are available for 7 day or 28 day loans.

• Items marked Reference may not be borrowed.
• You will require your library card in order to borrow an item.

Loan reminders will be sent to your registered e-mail address 3 days prior to the return date of your loan items. You may also receive overdue notices 1 day after the due date and then a second notice 28 days after that.

Any items not returned to the library are the responsibility of the borrower.

The user accepts this responsibility and agrees to pay for replacement and a £20 library administration fee should an item be lost.

Books borrowed on inter library loan need to be renewed via the library.

Failure to return a loan item will result in the borrower being charged for a replacement copy.
